Living Our Culture: A Celebration of Japanese American Art & Culture

Japanese American Service Committee

The Japanese American Service Committee will be hosting a special event at the Greenhouse Loft space on June 7  from 6pm to 9 pm. Living Our Culture is exhibition of historic and contemporary art pieces and cultural artifacts crafted by Japanese American artists that will include pieces from the JASC’s Legacy Center collection, alongside the creations of both established and emerging Japanese American artists.

A silent auction featuring the creations of showing artists and Japanese-inspired etchings by Chicago’s own Tony Fitzpatrick – plus an exciting array of other packages catering to every interest, including vacation getaways, goods and services from local businesses and opportunities to enjoy. The Chicago Aikido Club has donated a year’s free training for two to the auction.

Come join us at the Greenhouse Loft, 2545 West Diversey Avenue, for the delectable assortment of appetizers, cocktails and wine highlighting the multifaceted tastes of Asian cuisine.
