During regular class on Sunday, July 1, club members presented Takehara Sensei with a genuine signed Louisville Slugger from former White Sox second baseman Tadahito Iguchi. The bat was won by club members at an auction at the recent Living Our Culture art show and fundraising event held by the Japanese American Service Committee on June 7, 2012.
